A shaking and dancing meditation to unblock energy and relax into stillness. Perfect for releasing the stress accumulated during the day.
Nadabrahma Meditation
Saturdays, 4:00 PM
A gentle humming and hand movement meditation for centering and harmony. An ancient Tibetan technique adapted by Osho for modern seekers.
White Robe Brotherhood
Every Sunday, 7:00 PM
A weekly evening celebration of music, dance, and sitting in silence. Participants wear white robes for this special gathering.
